The MTF 12-25-250 Tube Furnace provides a stable and uniform environment for materials research,  metallurgy work, thermal testing and the  calibration of thermocouples. The resistance wire heating element is wound around the outside of a ceramic work tube making it an integral part of the heating  element. The control thermocouple is located in a protected position between the outside of the work tube and the heating element,  allowing the full work tube diameter to be used and protects the thermocouple from mechanical damage.
 

A Eurotherm controller provides 3 term proportional control while utilizing the “Instant accuracy” feature to provide precise control from power up. The unit includes two insulating end plugs that can be easily bored out to accept your sensors for test.
